This means that once on your premises the engineer will conduct a thorough assessment of the appliance, diagnose the fault and resolve the issue if possible.

No, the quotation price does not include parts. If any parts are required to fix your appliance, these will be charged as an additional cost and may require an additional visit.

If parts are required, any additional costs will be clearly explained and agreed in advance.
